Runebit Dice is a one-person studio in Washington, USA. This notice explains what we collect when you visit this site or contact us, why, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

• Scope requests: when you fill out the intake form, we receive the information you enter — typically your name, email, project context, timeline, and any assets or links you share.
• Email correspondence: if you email us directly, we keep that correspondence as part of the project record.
• Basic traffic analytics: aggregate page views, referring source, and UTM parameters. No cookies are set for tracking. No personal profile is built.

What we don't collect

• No advertising cookies, no third-party ad networks, no cross-site tracking.
• No mailing list sign-ups are auto-created from intake. If we ever add an opt-in newsletter, it will be explicit and separate.

How we use it

Scope request data is used only to reply to you, quote the work, and deliver the packet if we engage. Analytics data is used only to understand which pages and outreach channels are working.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except service providers strictly required to operate the site (for example, the form handler and email provider). We don't sell or rent contact data.

How long we keep it

Scope requests and project correspondence are retained for up to 3 years for recordkeeping and tax purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours earlier — see below.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Email hello@runebitdice.com with the subject "privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.
